Yes. Classes and programs bookings are necessary and we recommend making a pre-booking and popping a reminder in your calendar! Walk-ins and casual bookings can only be accommodated if there is space available in a class or program.
Not at all! Our qualified fitness instructors can cater to people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. If you have a goal you’re working towards simply let them know.
Dress for the gym but then remember you’re going somewhere way more fun! Comfortable fitness attire is recommended and activities like Ninja, Parkour and Laser Tag require enclosed shoes. Jump Fit will require Urban Xtreme Grip Socks. If you have your own climbing shoes for climb classes or ski boots, you are welcome to bring those.
Don’t forget your towel or drink bottle either!
If you are unable to attend your normal class, cancellation 24 hours prior is required by contacting [email protected]. One make-up session is allowed per program per term subject to availability. There is no guarantee of a make-up session at the same day or time of your normal class. In the event, a session is missed due to illness, management may approve additional make-up sessions when provided with satisfactory supporting documentation (such as a doctor’s certificate). No credits are given for missed classes.
If you are attending classes or programs on a casual basis, have made a booking, and need to cancel then please contact us. We cannot offer refunds but we can move your booking to another day or issue you we are happy to arrange one make-up class per term for Adventure Sports Academy participants.
To book a make up class, please email our team members with your booking ID and the date and time of the session you would like to attend.

Member access to our classes, programs and school holiday workshops depends on your membership type. For more information please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
All of our adult classes are 18yo+ unless specified. Teen and Adult classes such as Xtreme Fit and Freestyle, Parkour Fit and Freestyle and Ultimate Tag are suitable for ages 11yo+.
Children aged 13 years and over can be left alone at Urban Xtreme; an over 18+ Adult must drop off and collect the child/ren from Reception and sign an Unsupervised Waiver with a Receptionist. Anyone under the age of 13 must have an over 18+ Adult supervise them.
