BRING OUT YOUR INNER NINJA!

This class is designed to make fitness more fun with a combination of high-intensity circuit-based training, fast-paced cardio, functional exercises, and agility building activities for a maximum calorie burn. This class will get you fit, fast and moving more like a ninja through your everyday life in no time. Casual classes from $20 per class & Memberships available from $26 per week.

Our CLIMBFIT class will challenge beginners through to seasoned climbers and athletes from other disciplines. From basic functional movements to more complex movement patterns, this class will focus on core strength, shoulders, back, arms and legs. JUMPING IS THE NEW RUNNING

High flying acceleration where fitness meets fun. 10 minutes on jumping is equivalent to 30 mins running! Jumping is a great workout loved by all ages and fitness levels from beginners, rehabilitation patients to extreme athletes. With biometrics, agility work, high knees, balance work and core work, the endless programming formats mean you’ll never get bored. SKIFIT

NO SNOW? NO PROBLEM!

Wow your friends and family on your next winter getaway by nailing that first run perfectly or just ski for a fun way to stay fit! Just because we live in Brisbane doesn’t mean we can’t stay ski fit all year round! Using our advanced Maxxtracks technology, our SKIFIT class is the perfect way to stay in shape and keep your ski skills sharp, and it’s suitable for everyone from first-timers to seasoned snow-chasers! Casual classes from $20 per class & Memberships available from $26 per week.

 

45 minutes on the slope, covering intermediate motor skills as well as intense skiing exercises to build strength and endurance.

15 minutes off the slope focusing on key exercises such as squats, lunges, bodyweight exercises, and resistance training.

Combining both our NinjaFit & WarriorFit classes, this Teen + Adult session runs every Wednesday night for two hours (6:00- 8:00pm). Bring out your inner ninja, take on the ultimate challenge and improve your strength, fitness, agility and balance in a fun environment – without running into the kids! Our experienced Ninja, Parkour and Rock Climbing Coaches will be on hand to help you test your skills and teach you a few new tricks. Dedicated to the unique skills needed to master any terrain, our ParkourFit & Freestyle sessions session runs every Sunday afternoon (4:00- 5:00PM). Bring out your inner urban adventurer and improve your strength, fitness, agility and balance in a fun environment. Our experienced Parkour Coaches will be on hand to help you test your skills and teach you a few new tricks. Casual classes from $20 per class & Memberships available from $26 per week.

Running every Sunday, Urban Xtreme is bringing the best game of tag you have ever played to Brisbane every Sunday. With a range of different game modes, you will be challenged to evade and tag through a world-class purpose-built indoor parkour course and with our specialized Parkour Coaches, your tag game will reach a whole new level. LEARN TO LEAD CLIMB

TAKE YOUR CLIMBING TO THE NEXT LEVEL!

Our Learn to Lead Climb program is the perfect way for climbers to learn the technical components of lead climbing, rope management, clipping techniques, falling and catching falls and the key safety requirements for indoor lead climbing. $170 for 2 weeks (members) and $230 (non-members).

JOIN THE WORLD’S FASTEST GROWING SPORT!

Learn to Climb 101 introduces new climbers to introductory climbing techniques an is the perfect way to get a toe on the wall when it comes to joining the world of climbing. Learn to Climb 202 builds upon basic climbing techniques learned in our Learn to Climb 101 class, with more advanced climbing techniques and an insight into better form. Casual classes from $20 per class & Memberships available from $26 per week.

SNR LASER LEAGUE

BECOME THE NEXT CHAMPION!

Keep fit and sharpen your mind playing one of the fastest-growing technology sports on the planet at our accredited laser tag Brisbane arena. Urban Xtreme is home to an accredited multi-level laser tag arena, equipped with the world’s most advanced “Helios” laser tag system. Join solo or with friends, Laser League is your opportunity to learn how to play like a pro, in a friendly social competition with fixtures, finals, trophies and stats. A few weeks at League and you will wipe the floor with the regular social Laser Tagger! Casual classes from $15 per class & Memberships available from $18 per week.

Laser League runs every Thursday (excl. school holidays)! Snr Laser League from 6:00pm- 8:00pm.

ADULT CLASS FAQS

 

DO I NEED TO BOOK?

Yes. Classes and programs bookings are necessary and we recommend making a pre-booking and popping a reminder in your calendar! Walk-ins and casual bookings can only be accommodated if there is space available in a class or program.

 

DO I NEED TO BE SUPER FIT?

Not at all! Our class structure and qualified fitness instructors can cater to people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. If you have a goal you’re working towards simply let them know.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?

Dress for the gym but then remember you’re going somewhere way more fun! Comfortable fitness attire is recommended and activities like Ninja, Parkour and Laser Tag require enclosed shoes. Jump Fit will require Urban Xtreme Grip Socks. If you have your own climbing shoes for climb classes or ski boots, you are welcome to bring those.
