We are on the hunt for some fun energetic and enthusiastic people to join our team in inspiring the future generation of Ninja Warriors both Kids and adult classes. We are ideally looking for someone trained in fitness and Ninja Warrior skills however with the right candidate who already has a strong fitness background or Cert 3 in fitness we are happy to skill you in Ninja Warrior style training.

What you will be doing
- Preparing/serving of coffee, food and drinks including taking orders.
- Operating a point-of-sale terminal and EFTPOS machine plus cash handling.
- Café cleaning duties including cleaning coffee machines and equipment.
- Refilling drink fridges and snacks.
- Maintaining service area to food safety standards.
- Clearing tables, washing dishes, packing away orders & supplies
- Restocking party areas
- Support of the café team with a “can do” attitude.
- Weekend work required!

A Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the shift operations of the Adventure Park and Reception. A Team Leader’s priorities will focus around Safety, Organisation & Service, Crew Comradery & Care, Presentation and General tasks. We are passionate about our customers experience and are seeking a hands-on Team Leader to help our customers find the fun in fitness through adventure and lead our cohesive customer and values focused team. Urban Xtreme Adventures primary objective is to provide an exceptional experience for their customers in adventure sports.

What you will be doing
- You will always be working to provide a personal touch to create a unique experience for customers. You will deliver this connection at each touchpoint from responding to queries about bookings or products, through to financial transactions and administration duties.
- You will be willing to jump in and perform a variety of operational duties from cleaning to working in the café.
- You will oversee and provide strong leadership and guidance to our floor crew and guest services crew by encouraging, disciplining, and training, referencing our procedures, policies, and values. You will also work well within the supervisor team to ensure goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with WHS and all key authorities including safety, fire, and activity regulations.
- Assist in reporting to the Managers regarding crew management, policies, targets, budgets, and key operational goals for the Centre.
- Display a high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills. Facilitate the flow of information to customers and crew on the centre’s activities, products and pricing while demonstrating a high level of knowledge. Have a comprehensive understanding of all software and booking systems according to company policies and procedures. Apply a high level of quality control and customer service. Attend to customers in the Cafe, including barista. Carry out any approved sales initiatives.
- Carry out administrative duties as requested. Ensure policies and procedures are relevant and accessible. Provide a comprehensive daily Trello handover
- Approve timesheets at the completion of shifts.
- Seek opportunities to assist, support and communicate other Urban Xtreme Adventures team members and fellow supervisors. Attend meetings and contribute to the constant improvement of processes and methodologies. Treat all team members with respect and promote the core values.
- Comply with all Safety requirements connected to the operation of the Centre. Provide first aid as required. Train crew on WHS policies and procedures and ensure compliance of team members.
- Comply with all Urban Xtreme Adventures Policies & Procedures and Code of Conduct (Employee Handbook) Complete the necessary discussion forms with direct reports Perform miscellaneous duties associated with any of the centre’s activities or administration.
- Oversee the mechanics of the shift operations, manage communication between reception and the activity floor and attend to emergency situations. Assist in the development of staff rosters for the park in line with company budget. Source replacement staff in last minute absences. Create a floor staffing plan and allocate staff activities and break times. Provide on-the-job training to crew and identify areas where crew may need additional support. Delegate crew workload during quiet times. Oversee Customer Groups to ensure capacity requirements are met. Supervise and complete audits and park maintenance logs if applicable. Act as the “go to” person for incidents, emergencies, and unforeseeable events. responsible for inventory resource and managing customer complaints. oversee staff performance and adherence to systems and policies (recognition & disciplinary actions). Filling a Floor Staff role when required displaying a broad knowledge of park activities in line with operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Identify missing stock items and place orders with the direction of management within the budget. Maintain ordering forms Complete Purchase request forms for management approval Provide quotes to management on new items needed for purchase.

Urban Xtreme Adventures primary objective is to provide an exceptional experience for their customers in adventure sports. A Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the shift operations of the Café. A Cafe Manager’s priorities will focus on Safety, Compliance, Organisation & Service, Crew Comradery & Care, Presentation and General café tasks.
Key Accountabilities: (Key activities/Groups of tasks)
Sales & Customer Service:

- Have a comprehensive understanding of all software and booking systems according to company policies and procedures.
- Apply a high level of quality control and customer service.
- Attend to customers in the Café with knowledge off all food and beverage offerings.
- Carry out any approved sales initiatives.
Administration:
- Carry out administrative duties as required.
- Ensure policies and procedures are relevant and accessible.
- Provide a comprehensive trello handover as requested.
- Read, acknowledge and action Café Communication Book comments.
- Approve timesheets at the completion of shifts.
- Oversee cash handling and related security processes, operate a cash register, collect monies and balance funds at the end of the day.
Food and Beverage Operations:
- Assist and continue the development of menu items as well as the preparation, plating, ordering and distribution of meals and beverages.
- Coordinate the daily operation of the café and oversee the preparation of food and counter services
- Undertake general kitchen duties including but not limited to operation café machines, deep fryers, coffee machines, fridges and freezers/
- General cleaning as directed, ensuring tasks are performed in accordance with approved procedures.
- Provide effective supervision and appropriate training and assistance to cafe and catering employees in the performance of their roles. Organise employee breaks
- Direct employees to clear tables, sweep, mop & empty bins if required.
WHS and OH&S:
- Comply with all Safety requirements connected to the operation of the Centre.
- Provide first aid as required.
- Train crew on WHS policies and procedures and ensure compliance of team members.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace in accordance with the Food Safety Management System and other approved procedures and hospital policies. Work safely within the organisations recognised OH&S guidelines.
- Ensure that all aspects of the Food Safety Management System are adhered to at all times and codes of practice are implemented within their respective areas of operation.
- Manage the regular maintenance of fridges, freezers and appliance to ensure they are in safe working order
General responsibilities:
- Comply with all Urban Xtreme Adventures Policies & Procedures and Code of Conduct (Employee Handbook).
- Perform miscellaneous duties associated with any of the centre’s activities or administration.
Supervisor responsibilitiess:
- See Supervisor PD attached.
Purchasing and ordering:
- Identify missing stock items and place orders with the direction of management within the budget.
- Maintain ordering forms
- Provide quotes to management on new items needed for purchase.
- Identify stock requirements and place orders with appropriate vendors on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate and appropriate records for the cafe and associated catering operations including filing of ordering, receipt and associated documentation.
- Maintain information on café and ordering software's to ensure COGS reporting is accurate.
- Liaise with suppliers to maximise earning potential for the cafe.
Stocktake:
- Participate and organise regular stocktake, recording and reporting processes.
- Ensure the accuracy of the data and reporting processes.
- Train employees on the stocktake process
