All bookings are non-refundable. We are not required to provide a refund, credit or transfer if you change your mind.

ADVENTURE PARK, PLAYLAND & CLIMB PASSES
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on cancellations for Adventure, Climb and Playland passes, however we can transfer these payments to another day that is within 3 months of the original booking date.
Snowsports bookings can be moved to another date with 24hrs notice is given and is within 1 month of the original booking date.
PARTIES & GROUP BOOKINGS
A deposit is required to secure a party or event booking, and full payment made prior to your visit. The deposit and the full payment made in advance are non-refundable.
COVID-19 POLICY FLEXI BOOKING POLICY – BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE
With current levels of uncertainty within the community we understand that our customers may be reluctant to plan future gatherings. We want to ensure that our customers can book their Urban Xtreme experience knowing they have the flexibility to move their booking if they decide to in the future.
- Bookings can now be moved without penalty up to 12 months in the future
- All payments and deposits paid will be held in credit
- Urban Xtreme’s Flexi Booking Policy will continue to be provided through relxation of restrictions, subject to government restrictions.
