To ensure your child can celebrate their party on the day and time of your choice we recommend that you make a booking 4-6 weeks out to avoid disappointment.
To book and secure your child’s birthday party, we require a deposit of 50% with the remaining balance being paid one week prior to your booking. If payment is not received 72hr in advance of booking your party will be cancelled. We have a no refund policy.
We require a minimum 10 party guests for all Urban Xtreme party packages. Our Snowsports and Adventure Party is the only exception; minimum 8 party guests.
We recommend you book based on your minimum possible guests. We require a minimum of 10 party guests for all Urban Xtreme parties except for our Snowsports and Adventure party which is 8 party guests.
You will receive a party confirmation form via email 15 days prior to your party. This form, once completed and submitted, will be your final chance to complete your party preparations and must be completed 11 days prior along with final payment due 8 days prior.
After initial booking:
If you’ve completed your initial booking you can add additional guests to your party. Please contact our friendly team members ASAP via [email protected] to confirm. Please note that if we have passed our capacity for that time period, we may not be able to add any additional guests.
After full payment:
If you have finalized your booking and completed payment 1 week prior and would like to add extra guests, please contact the team on 1300872269. Please note that this is subject to availability and full payment is required at the time of request.
On the day of the party:
Unfortunately, due to centre capacity additional party guests cannot be added on the day of the party. We encourage extra participants to purchase an Adventure Park Pass or Unlimited Climb Pass via the website.
No refunds for no shows or cancellations after final payment is made 1 week prior to booking.
Urban Xtreme’s party packages are subject to a required minimum number for party guests. Final numbers and payment are due 1 week prior to party.
Our Urban Xtreme Party Packages have set schedules and pre-determined run times. This includes exclusive access to your party table for the duration of the party. The last 30 minutes of your booking is dedicated to serving your party guests freshly delivered pizza or Platters and cake (if supplied or purchased).
Climb + Adventure Party:
3 Hour Package, which includes:
- 1 Hour Rock Climbing experience
- 1.5 Hours of Adventure Park Access
Snowsports + Adventure Party:
3 Hour Package, which includes:
- 1.25 Hour Skiing or Snowboarding Experience
- 1.25 Hour Adventure Park Access
Aerial + Adventure Party:
3 Hour Package, which includes:
- 1 Hour Aerial Acrobatics with Majestic Aerial Instructions
- 1.5 Hours of Adventure Park Access
Xtreme + Adventure Party:
2.5 Hour Package, which includes:
- 2 Hours of Adventure Park Access to Ninja, Parkour, Laser Tag, Trampolines, Launch Jump and Dodgeball

- 1.5 Hours of Adventure Park Access to Laser Tag, Trampolines and Dodgeball

- 1hr access to Playland, inc. Two-Story Slides, Large Play Gym, Mini Climbing Wall, A Mini Trampoline, Mini cars, A Jumping Castle, and a Toddler Area.
We suggest that you and the birthday person arrive at Urban Xtreme 15 minutes before the start of their party. Party guests are invited to arrive closer to the party start time once you’re settled at your exclusive party table.

Urban Xtreme party packages aren’t subject to minimum age restrictions however we do have height requirements for all participating guests! It is essential to review the Terms & Conditions of each package for further information.
Adventure Park Height Restrictions:
- Minimum 110cm for Laser Tag, Trampolines & Dodgeball
- Minimum 120cm for Launch Jump, Ninja and Parkour unassisted
- Guests that are between 110cm and 120cm may enter Ninja and Parkour with a parent/guardian/carer within arm’s reach at all times.
- Guests under 110cm will be issued Playland access only
Rock Climbing Restrictions for Climbers & Belayers:
- Persons belaying climbers on the wall must be 13 years or over.
- There are no height or age restrictions on climbers participating
- A minimum of 1 parent per 4 guests are required to assist with belaying
Snowsports Age and Height requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of age is required for all skiing and snowboarding participants.
- Snowboarding participants must be minimum 130cm in height for the equipment provided
Our aim is to make your party as simple and easy as possible!
At Urban Xtreme we have 2 hosts options; every party includes a party host that will be responsible for greeting you on arrival at reception and will take you to your table to get your party started.
As your guests arrive our reception crew will check their park waivers and direct them to your dedicated party table. Once all of your guests have arrived our crew member will organise everyone’s wrist bands & grip socks and give everyone an introduction to the park. When the group is ready to go our crew member will get them started in their first activity!
Please note: The party host this party option above does not stay with the group during activity time & while they are playing in the park.
Our party host’s then come back for the final 30-minute catering experience.
An Urban Xtreme Dedicated Party Host will take your party experience to the next level! Not only will they do everything mentioned above they facilitate awesome games, supervise the group the entire party start to finish. They will ensure your child has the best possible experience. This dedicated party host is here to help and is your go-to for anything you need for the duration of your experience.
Please note: Dedicated Party Hosts are a standard inclusion in the Ultimate Party & Snowsport + Adventure Party. A Dedicated Party Host is NOT included in an Xtreme Party, Adventure Party or Playland Party but can be added on during the booking process for an added cost.
Add-ons can be purchased when completing your confirmation form which you will receive 14 days prior to your party. Please note no changes can be made within 7 days of your party date.
We can accommodate most dietary requirements and have gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free options available. Dietary and allergy information for our freshly delivered pizzas can be found here. Please note that Dietary Requirements may incur an extra fee. Let our team know when making your booking what your dietary requirements are or contact our team via email for specific inquiries.
You will have exclusive use of your party table for the duration of your party package.
Yes, you can bring in your own decorations subject to the following:
- Any decorations need to be easily dismantled/taken away when your party finishes
- No piñatas, confetti or items that require excessive clean up
- Additional decorations must be suitable for a table as there is no available wall space for hanging decorations
- Extra items such as tables or stands are subject to approval. Approval must be granted 1 week prior when finalising your party
Parents are more than welcome to follow their children throughout the centre to encourage and support their party participants. We also encourage parents to join in on the action if they are interested or simply relax and mingle at our Café or around your exclusive party area.
Urban Xtreme Parties have the options of Pizza or Healthy Catering.
Pizza Catering Includes:
Freshly Delivered Pizza, lollies, bottomless water, cordial, and popcorn for the duration of the party.
Healthy Catering Includes:
Fresh fruit platter, fairy bread, mixed sandwiches (Ham & Cheese, Chicken Lettuce & Mayo, Vegemite and Cheese & Salad), bottomless water and fruit juice.
All parties have cutlery, plates and napkins included. No external food or drinks are permitted in the centre, except for water bottles and birthday cakes (because a celebration is not complete without one).
Yes, we do allow candles! As an alternative we recommend LED candles where possible as a better option as sometimes it is hard to keep the candles alite. Please avoid sparklers.
Visitors are welcome to organise a group booking and use one of the many public tables available in the centre. During busy periods, these tables can be subject to availability and we recommend the organiser arrive earlier than their session time to secure a table. Table reservations may be arranged, subject to availability, and inquiries can be made by contacting [email protected]. Please note table reservations, if approved, must be confirmed and paid for 1 week prior to the booking date.
We’ll do what we can to get you into your session as quickly as possible – but keep in mind your party will finish at the scheduled time.
Please note; if you are booking a Snowsports + Adventure Party, your slope time is strictly observed and cannot be moved. Please ensure that you and your party guests arrive by the allotted party start time. For additional clarification please see ‘How long to Urban Xtreme Parties go for?’

Yes! All party guests must sign a waiver before they arrive. The Party parent can bring a list of the kid’s names to Reception which will allow us to check the waivers have been completed. Click here to complete the waiver.
That’s okay, we understand that sometimes you can’t quite get the numbers to make it to the minimum. In this circumstance, we would recommend that you book a DIY Party, by purchasing a group of park passes and grip socks. Contact our team and add on a cake and party bags to make it the DIY Party of your dreams!
