Lil’ Ninjas is a program for kids aged 4-7 years old and Jnr Ninja’s is for kids 8-12 years old.
Our 10 week programs combine the key elements of Ninja, Parkour and Freerunning developing strength, speed, balance, co-ordination and agility.
Our professional team are dedicated to providing the Ultimate Xperience for your child in a fun and safe environment supervised by an experienced Ninja instructor.
Our Programs combine elements of Ninja + Parkour which develops strength, speed & agility required for obstacle training, as well as the coordination, balance and foundational skills of gymnastics and the creativity & freestyle movement of freerunning.

Teen + Adult Sessions
Teen + Adult sessions for parkour and ninja warriors in Brisbane run every Wednesday night so you can take on the ultimate challenge and improve your strength, fitness, agility and balance in a fun environment – without running into the kids! Our experienced Ninja + Parkour Coaches will be on hand to help you test your skills and teach you a few new tricks to become the most agile ninja in Brisbane.

LASER LEAGUE
PLAY LIKE A PRO!
Laser League is your opportunity to learn how to play Laser Tag as part of an organised team with our Laser Tag Masters in a fun, social environment. No experience is necessary, we will show you everything you need to know. A few weeks at League, and you will be wiping the floor with the regular social Laser Tagger!
Join anytime throughout the season either by yourself or with friends.

League includes warm up games, 3 competition games and then some social games at the end. Arrive early to practice and learn from our experienced players

JNR JUMPERS
TRAMPOLINE GYMNASTICS FOR 6-10YRS
Our 9 week trampoline gymnastics program uses a combination of trampolines and air tracks to teach aerial awareness, strength, co-ordination and balance whilst learning how to perform basic skills in a safe, fun and non-competitive environment.
Our Junior Jumpers class encourages all participants to learn, explore and test themselves, supported by our trained coaches. It’s the perfect foundation to compliment both gymnastics and other sports!
These weekly classes will focus on:

- Aerial awareness
- Tumbling & twisting
- Balance & coordination
- Trampoline techniques and combinations
- Learning and developing basic jumps
