Before your Park Pass Session
Make you sure you wear comfortable, athletic clothing, as well as bring your Urban Xtreme Grip socks. If you don’t have Urban Xtreme grip socks you can get some from our friendly reception team.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session so you’ve got plenty of time to get your wristbands and grip socks (if you don’t already have a pair) and get into the park.
The Park runs in hour long sessions, at every half hour interval. This means you will receive a coloured wristband for each hour you are in the park. You will have access to our adventure park activities for the entire duration of your session.
During your Park Pass Session
At peak capacity, activities will run in timed rotations, to ensure every gets a go. Ninja and parkour sessions run at 15-minute intervals, laser tag games run every 10 minutes, and the dodgeball court runs on alternating rotations to our airbag.
If you want to find out when the next session of an activity starts, just ask one of our friendly staff working that area.
Upon entry of an activity, a staff member will give you a safety briefing (and can even give you some tips on the activities!)
After your Park Pass Session
If you get to the end of your park pass duration and want to keep playing, just head out to reception and you can extend your park pass by an hour for only $10! If you want try our state-of-the-art climbing wall, you can purchase a climb add-on for only $10.
Be sure to check out our café menu for our full range of food and drinks, including locally roasted, Fonzie Abbott coffee, 3 flavours of slushies, toasties, sandwiches and combo deals! To get the most out of your park pass, you might want to have food and drinks before or after your session, so as to not lose out on any time.
