URBAN XTREME IS NOW A ‘PLAY ON’ ACTIVITY – GOVERNMENT REGISTERED PROVIDER

What is PLAY ON?

Play On is a Queensland Government initiative that helps children and young people from low-income families get active.
Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $200 to use towards sport and active recreation membership, registration or participation fees with a registered activity provider like URBAN XTREME.

Key Information

Each voucher is worth up to $200.
Vouchers are released in two rounds each year (summer and winter sports).
One voucher per child, per financial year.
Extra allocations are available for children in regional and remote Queensland.
Vouchers are open to children of all abilities.

Key Dates

4 August 2025 – Round 1 applications open.
30 September 2025 – Round 1 applications close.
January 2026 – Round 2 applications open.
19 June 2026 – Deadline to present vouchers to an activity provider.

All Access Membership – Unlimited park access + 1 x 10 Week Term Program (covers 6 weeks of payments)
10 x Week Term Adventure Sports Program – Voucher can be used towards any of the Lil or Jnr Ninja/Parkour, Climbing or Snowsports Programs – $200 comes off the total price of the 10 week program
7 x 2hr Combo Adventure + Climb Multi-Visit Pass – can be used for Trampolining, Parkour, Climbing, Snowsports.
3 x School Holiday Program Multi-Visit Pass – 3-Session to attend the 6hr School Holiday Program
3 x Public Snowsports Multi-Visit Pass – 3x Public Snowsports Session + 1 x 1hr Adventure Park Pass

Step 3: Send us your voucher details
Email the following to [email protected]

Participant’s name and age
Voucher code
Chosen program or product
Preferred date and time (if applicable)
Current membership number (if applicable)
A copy of your approved voucher

Step 4: We’ll do the rest

Our team will make your booking and redeem the voucher on your behalf.
If your chosen product costs more than $200, you’ll need to pay the difference at the time of booking.
If it’s less than $200, we can only claim up to the product value (e.g. a $180 program = $180 claimed, with the remaining $20 forfeited).
To get the best value, we recommend choosing a product equal to or greater than $200.
Once your booking and payment are confirmed, you’ll receive a final confirmation email.

Important to Know

Vouchers can only be redeemed with one provider.
No refunds are available if your product costs less than $200.
Membership vouchers require you to sign up and accept the membership terms and conditions before funding can be applied.
