Ever wanted to try Parkour but not sure where to start?
Join us for our brand new Parkour Program!
This Program includes 8 weekly classes, every Monday.
We’ve got 3 seperate age groups. Each class will incorporate specific skills to teach you to learn to move around your environment safely and quickly as well as learning fundamental skills such as balance, dynamic and controlled movements.
The kids and junior classes will have a focus on fun activities while the adult class is focus on fitness with a twist.
- Kids: 7-12yo 4-5pm
- Junior: 13–17yo 5-6pm
- Adult: 18+ yo 6-7pm
Spaces are limited to 20 per class for Kids and Junior and 10 per class for Adults.
Enclosed shoes are required.
